- Rates are per room per night, are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of full english breakfast and V.A.T (Value Added Tax @ 17.5%).
- A 1 night's deposit or a credit card number with expiry date is required to guarantee reservations.

- Cards accepted: Switch/Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and Amex.
- Luggage storage is free for bags kept in the hallway near reception or £1 per item per day for extra security in a locked storage cupboard.

- Our 'with shower' rooms are available as double rooms only

- Check In: 11.00am Check Out: 12.00pm

- Low Season: 1st Jan - 31st March & 1st Nov - 15th Dec
- High Season: 1st April - 31st Oct & 15th Dec - 31st Dec

Cancellation Policy


- For bookings of 1-4 days only, there will be no charge (or your deposit refunded in full) for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. However, for bookings which cover 5 nights or more, or where 2 or more rooms are reserved, 7 days notice is required.
-The hotel reserves the right to charge for one night in the case of late cancellations and no-shows according to the terms above. Cancellations must be made in writing, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of requests made by word of mouth alone.
